These terms govern access to and use of Tethi. By creating an account or using the service, you agree to them.
Using Tethi
You must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and use the service lawfully. You are responsible for the content and activity in your workspaces.
Customer content
You retain ownership of customer content and grant Tethi the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, and display it as you direct. You must have the rights necessary to submit that content.
Subscriptions
Paid plans renew automatically until canceled. Fees, taxes, billing intervals, and plan limits are shown before purchase. Cancellation normally takes effect at the end of the current paid period.
Acceptable use
Do not abuse the service, probe security without permission, send unlawful or harmful content, infringe rights, evade limits, or interfere with other users.
Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. We may improve or change features while preserving the core value of an active paid plan.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Tethi is provided without implied warranties and liability is limited to amounts paid in the prior twelve months. Some jurisdictions do not allow every limitation.
