This policy explains how Tethi handles information when you use our websites, feedback portals, and application.
What we collect
We collect account details, workspace content, feedback and comments, billing references, device and security information, and support communications necessary to provide Tethi.
How we use information
We use information to operate, secure, support, and improve the service; process payments; send requested communications; and comply with law. We do not sell personal information.
Service providers
We use carefully selected infrastructure, authentication, payments, and email providers. They process information only to provide contracted services and under appropriate safeguards.
AI features
When an authorized Pro workspace member uses Tethi Intelligence, Tethi sends the question and a limited set of relevant workspace feedback and changelog content to our AI provider to generate the requested answer. Workspace owners control who can access this feature.
Retention and control
Workspace owners can export and delete data subject to legal, security, and backup retention needs. Individuals may request access, correction, or deletion through support@tethi.com.
International processing
Information may be processed where Tethi and its providers operate. We use appropriate contractual and technical safeguards for cross-border transfers.
